The legal basis for collecting personal data is to ensure that Franklin Browns Ltd can provide its contractual obligations to service users and in such deliver an information and communication led service.

WHO WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH

In order for us to carry out our day to day business we may need to pass your personal information to other agencies. We will do this only when there is a need to do so or when required to do so be law. For example, your data may be shared with our accountants, lawyers, insurers, IT suppliers, shippers and packers, online bidding platforms and professional advisers. CCTV & SECURITY

CCTV is in operation across our site to ensure the safety and security of our customers, staff and property, these images may be stored digitally and all data is retained for a period of 30 days. We consider the use of CCTV as a legitimate interest for security purposes.

If you are a resident of the EU, you have the legal right to make a "subject access request". If you exercise this right and we process personal data about you we are required to provide you with a description and copy of that personal data and tell you why we are processing it.
