Mid 19th century American Log Cabin Patchwork Quilt, incorporating beige cross patches with multiple patterned borders against a red ground with, approx. 180 x 160cm
General damages to the quilt fabric, with some areas where the panels have separated along on edge from each other and the backing. The binding has worn through and is disintegrated at the edges. There appear to be some previous repairs in white thread. Please see condition report pictures.
Has a rather damp and fusty smell.
