Swiss music box, rosewood and inlaid case, playing eight Airs to include What shall the Harvest be & Whiter than snow, etc 43 x 12.5cm
UPDATE: the mechanism is missing a small stone on top of the flywheel, without which it does not run correctly.
The box has general wear commensurate with age, particularly along the bottom edge. There does not appear to be any damage to the comb teeth. The box plays when the flywheel is turned manually but does not continue to play, possibly has been overwound. Some of the pins on the cylinder appear shorter than others, but none are obviously snapped.
